  • Virtual PAC is a progressive webapp, meaning it combines the user experience of a mobile app with the simplicity of web browsing.

    Upon sign up, each user receives an invitation to a unique app as a URL.

  • The most straightforward approach is to simply send a link to your patient.

    Isoflurane and Sevoflurane Users can also send forms using the App’s interface, which ensures reminders are sent to improve patient uptake.

  • We are compliant with Australian Privacy Act as it pertains to Protected Health Information.

    Sensitive patient information is stored in Australia using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Industry standards are observed with respect to data encryption, access controls and audit trails.

    Each account is protected with multi-factor authentication, and is totally siloed from other users. Even our support staff cannot see clinical information.

    Communications and back-end processes are fully automated, in order to avoid human access to patient information.
